PRODUCT EXCHANGE CONDITIONS:
- Not applicable for Promotional products of 15% or more
- Only one-time exchange. Exchange must be equal to or higher than the price.
- The product has not been used, is not damaged or dirty.
- The product must have intact packaging and labels attached to the product (note: for shoes, please pack them in a carton to avoid denting/deforming the shoe box)
- The purchase invoice must be intact.
- For goods damaged during transportation, there must be confirmation from the shipping staff about the damage.

Note: if you exchange multiple products (but the products are not in the same order), the exchange order will NOT APPLY to combine orders but will be exchanged into multiple corresponding orders

PROCEDURE FOR RETURN OF PRODUCTS

NOTE ON SHIPPING FEES:
If you exchange a product, the shipping fee The customer will be responsible for the 2-way shipping fee incurred. The free shipping policy will not apply in this case.

Linking Golf is only responsible for paying the return shipping fee as well as refunding the shipping fee at the time of purchase in the following cases:

- The goods are not of the correct type or model as ordered by the customer.

- The goods are damaged during transportation.
Please check the goods and sign the status with the delivery staff immediately upon receipt of the goods. If the goods are found to be damaged during inspection, please ask the delivery staff to sign a confirmation and respond to us within 24 hours via hotline 0939 232 868

Return the gift that comes with the product (if any)
For returned products that come with a free gift when purchased, you also need to return the free gift in unused condition, with the packaging and labels intact.

If the free gift has been used, the value of the free gift will be deducted from the amount on the receipt returned to you.
